About Mountain Ways

Mountain Ways is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing the hospitality and values of the Appalachian region to those facing natural disasters and tragedies.

Inspired by the community spirit that brought neighbors and friends together during the 2016 Great Smoky Mountain wildfires, Joe and Jessi Baker founded the organization to share the core mountain values of hospitality and helping your neighbors.
