Art for Hope 2024
A Benefit Exhibition for Hurricane Helene Recovery Efforts
Knoxville, Tenn. – Nov. 18, 2024– Join renowned artist Mark Carson English and Mountain Ways on Friday, Nov., 22, from 6-9 p.m. for “Art for Hope 2024”, a powerful evening of art, community, and philanthropy benefiting the survivors of Hurricane Helene. The event will take place at the studio of Mark Carson English, located at 202 Randolph Street, Knoxville, TN 37917.
The exhibition will feature works by local, regional, and national artists, offering attendees the opportunity to purchase art while directly contributing to the ongoing recovery efforts in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina. Proceeds will be donated to Mountain Ways, where 100% of donations goes to providing immediate relief and support to those affected by Hurricane Helene.
“We believe art has the power to inspire hope and bring communities together,” said English. “It is an honor to host this event, and I am excited to bring together such a talented group of artists to support Hurricane Helene survivors. Every piece sold brings us one step closer to rebuilding lives and communities.”
The exhibition will feature an array of artworks, including painting, sculpture, and mixed media, from a diverse group of artists who have generously donated their work to support this compelling cause.
The exhibition is open to the public and the dress code is casual.
