Mountain Ways is proudly supporting Cocke County in its recovery from the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene through significant donations to both local volunteer fire departments and Hope House. The organization has provided grants to six volunteer fire departments, enabling them to replace vital equipment that was either lost or damaged during the record-breaking flooding. Additionally, a generous grant has been given to Hope House to complete the construction of 10 tiny homes, offering a safe and stable living space for individuals who lost their homes in the disaster. These contributions play a crucial role in the ongoing recovery efforts, helping the community rebuild and heal from the storm’s impact.
